Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business
Veteran-founded. Veteran-owned.
VTRN Labs, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB, self-represented). We are pursuing formal certification through the U.S. Small Business Administration at veterans.certify.sba.gov.
Why we built VTRN Labs
Too many decisions about veterans and the U.S. military community are made without ever asking the community itself. Big organizations serve this community, but they cannot easily hear from it at the speed real decisions require. Large studies take months. Small samples miss the point. Hard-to-reach cohorts stay unheard.
We built VTRN Labs to close that gap.
For customers: the organizations that serve the U.S. military community make important choices every day about products, investment, programs, brand, and policy. These choices affect real people. We help you hear from those people directly, in their own words, before decisions are made. What comes back is a decision-grade brief your team can act on in days, not months.
For the military community: many decisions about the products, services, care, and policies that shape your life are made without ever asking you or your family directly. We want to change that. When you sign up, you can be invited to short voice conversations with organizations that genuinely want to understand what you actually need. Your voice reaches them, and you are paid for your time.
If both sides win, we have done our job.

Why this matters
VTRN Labs was built by someone from the community it serves. When we run voice interviews with veterans, service members, and military families, our members know they are talking to a company founded by one of their own. That trust shows up in response rates, in the depth of what people share, and in the quality of the answers we deliver to your team.
